  • Our fixed charges includes the fee of the service engineers call out, problem-solving & labor regardless of how long the engineer is there or the number of visits it takes him to repair that error. The focal point of the repair is based on the description of the fault we have been given.
  • Any spare parts required will be charged for separately, as long as explicitly stated otherwise. All repairs carried out by Hello Service Repair, bear a warranty for 1 month, for both labor and parts.
  • The standard charges for the spare parts need to be paid by the customer. The warranty that is offered for the equipment part is based on the spare part warranty provided by the manufacturer.
  • We need payment prior to or on the day of the engineer’s first visit via Cash or Cheque (Payable for Hello Repair Services). Payment for every part that has been ordered must be paid for on the return visit. If a required part is a special order or of a large cost we may ask you to pay for the part before we can place the order. Parts which are not required, but have been paid for, will be refunded.
  • We will always aim for resolving your complaints as quickly as possible after receiving your call but if you cancel the appointment before our serviceman visits you, you will not be entitled to any charges for it.
  • Hello Repair Services reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Any such changes will take effect only when posted on the website and it is your kind responsibility to read these terms each time you place a booking. By placing a booking you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
